It’s about time we had a little chit chat!! Get ready with me while I answer questions I get asked the most – from advice to life updates. I threw a little question box on my Instagram story and thought I’d answer some questions while I do my makeup. Keep scrolling for all the juicy details!
Be sure to watch my GRWM Q&A video below for more inside scoops.
Q: Any tips for staying lean & cut? Do you have a clean diet, consistent gym routine, or both?
A: I have a really active lifestyle in general, and recently I’ve been following a routine of walking 10,000 steps followed by a 10-minute ab and butt workout. I have a couple of videos on my channel that are slightly outdated routines I used to do (linked below), but I plan to make an updated version of my workouts!
Diet is definitely a huge contributing factor to staying lean. I don’t eat gluten or dairy (not for weight loss reasons, but because I’m allergic). Stay tuned for an in-dept look into my eating habits!
Not everyone has the time to walk 10,000 steps or do an hour-long workout class. A simple 10-minute ab or butt workout right before you take a shower and get ready for bed is a great way to keep yourself accountable!
I get this question fairly often – I recently created a blog + YouTube video showcasing my favorite Healthy Habits, be sure to check it out for more healthy insights.
Q: How does it feel to be dating the world’s sexiest waterman?
A: Ummm…amazing, obviously! He’s the best and I love him, shout out Noah! Also, he’s starting a YouTube channel @AQUAFILES (Noah Flegel), so go subscribe! 🙂
Q: Have you ever been to therapy? Was it hard/helpful?
A: Therapy is something that I avoided for so many years – I thought it was stupid, that if you need to talk to someone just talk to your friends and family…safe to say, I was not for it whatsoever. After my parents convinced me to at least try it out, and 5-6 therapists later, I finally found the one. I’ve been talking to her for about 3 years and I find it to be so helpful! I strongly believe that everyone should go to therapy, no matter how great your mental health is, it never hurts to better yourself!
If you’re interested or debating on going, I recommend trying it out for a year and seeing each therapist at least 3 times before giving up or switching to another.
Q: Are you and Noah still a couple?
A: DUH! Noah and I are actually coming up on our two year anniversary and it blows my mind how fast time flys!
Q: How did you and Noah meet?
A: It’s a bit of a long story that I eventually plan to get into but for now, I’m going to give you the short version. Noah is my older brother’s best friend and we met through competitive wakeboarding. I’ve known him since I was 5 years old – he’s my childhood crush 😊
Q: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
A: I am hopefully married with kids and I want to have a beautiful home. I’ve always had this dream of homeschooling my kids and traveling around the world! I don’t think that’d be something that would happen in 10 years…maybe more like 15-20 years.
Q: Advice for an 18 year old who wants to travel the world but doesn’t have anyone to go with?
A: I started traveling alone when I was 16 years old and I probably didn’t go to the safest places, lol. Something you could do if you want to start solo traveling is start with little weekend trips and visit the states you’ve always wanted to, then work your way up from there.
Q: How do you find things that you are passionate about?
A: I simply just enkoy trying as many new things as I can. It can be as small as learning how to knit or even going for a walk. Just trying a ton of new things no matter how big or small they might be!
Q: What is your favorite way to spend your free time?
A: I really love being in the ocean – I love diving and looking for shells. If I had all the free time in the world and the conditions were perfect all the time, I would be in the ocean everyday! I also like to enjoy my free time by just hanging out in my room. Sometimes it’s nice to just have a day at home – you don’t always need to be doing something crazy. Cuddling up on the couch with your favorite book or TV show is one of my best ways to spend time relaxing!
Thank you so much for joining me on my recent solo adventure! Stay tuned for more exciting journeys ahead—your support means the world to me! Want to see what a day in my life looks like? Be sure to stop by my previous DAY IN THE LIFE blog, and watch the VLOG!
